Challenge
Loyalz set out to transform traditional loyalty programs by replacing outdated point systems with programmable NFT memberships and tokenized rewards. The challenge was to build a modular and scalable SaaS product that enabled e-commerce brands to mint loyalty NFTs, manage gated benefits, issue utility tokens, and launch their own marketplaces—while remaining compliant with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and GDPR.
Solution
Tokenomia.pro designed and implemented an advanced, web-based system that allowed brands to create customized NFT loyalty programs with dynamic benefits such as exclusive access, discounts, cashback, and early product releases. The team developed smart contracts for minting, transferring, and staking tokens, and integrated them into a full-featured backend with dashboards for brands, customers, and superadmins.
